Shipping will take 5-7 business days once payment and address has been confirmed through PayPal and a tracking number will be provided through via email that was provided at checkout

Orders processed after 4 pm or holiday will be shipped the next business day
We will ship through FedEx or Ups signature will be required to receive your package. If you are not there at the time of delivery you are able to request for your package to be held at FedEx or Ups
We are not responsible for stolen or damaged products once packages are shipped you will need to contact Fed Ex or Ups customer service regarding your complaint
Refund Policy
All Sales are final however we are able to exchange your items 5 days after the package is delivered there will be a 15% restocking fee and you are responsible for shipping fees

How many bundles do I need?
For suggested lengths 12-16 inches you will need 2-3 bundles. For 18-24 inches 3-4 bundles for a more full look 26-30 inches you will need 4 or more
*Keep in mind longer lengths will require more hair for a full look.

What is the difference between Virgin and Raw hair?
Raw hair is cut from a single donor wave patterns are not uniform so keep in mind. It is possible you may not receive the same wave pattern.
Virgin hair can come from more than one donor which is steamed processed for pattern

To wash or co-wash hair use sulfate-free products It’s good to co-wash your hair with a conditioner of your preference TRESemmé is highly recommended
How to maintain my curly hair?
Curly hair is high maintenance it is important to not comb or brush hair while dry always make sure the hair is wet and to use a detangling brush from bottom to top to avoid tangling. Use a curl cream of your choice alcohol-free to define curls
